OK, I'm going to go out on a limb here, and invoke Occam's Razor. As the
only place known to have celebrated the Octave of St Erkenwald was Chertsey
Abbey, I'm going to declare that the liturgical calendar fragment originated
from Chertsey Abbey. (It was founded by St Erkenwald, so would have more
cause to celebrate his octave than even St Paul's itself.) The reason that
some feasts (other than those of three lessons) are marked "Evg" for
"Evangelium" would thus be that the Benedictine Matins for Feasts of 12
lessons finishes with a Gospel reading, and not for the reason stated on the
website.
