Hi Lynn,
I personally haven't seen any Neo/BA dogs, but a colleague remembers a partial neontatal dog along with an adult mandible from Broom Quarry, Bedfordshire, dug by the Cambridge Archaeological unit (CAU) in 1996. It was in the bottom fill of a Bronze Age ring ditch along with some beaker pottery. I don't know if any further work has been done (the final report is in press now), so your best bet would be to contact the CAU if you need any more info.
Regards,
Chris Faine
