Hello OATSoft people,

I would be interested in translating the OATSoft Web site. I have been involved with an open source organisation here in Québec (FACIL : http://facil.qc.ca), trying to promote the needs of persons with disabilities within this community and I refer often to the OATSoft site. However, many members of this organisation are mostly francophone and I think it would be helpful to have more resources in French. I also would like to keep my translation skills sharp so voluntary translation is a good way to do that.

For references on my skills, I have translated or co-translated several W3C documents[1], the manual version of the hera testing tool from Fundación Sidar[2] as well as an article I wrote on EARL technology[3].

I would be doing this in my free time so it will not be an overnight accomplishment but if you are interested, please let me know. And if so, maybe an idea of what you feel is important to begin with and how it could be logistically done (such as if you have a translation utility that could simplify things).

Best regards,

Catherine
