Catherine
The Regs say that they do do not supply them, however in light of DDA I
think they have to. We have never needed one (only an enlarged paper
which I enlarge on the photocopier). If I was in your shoes I would
insist that they have to.
Have you emailed Elizabeth Dolman Head of Special Requirements at OCR?
She does not use the telephone so if you are phoning your question may
not have been passed to her.
You could always quote the following case:

I have found Andrew Harland at EOA very helpful where I have been having
difficulties with ABs.
Edexcel supplied us with an enlarged paper which just happened to be
different to the one sat by all the other candidates. Had we not
realised he would have failed. Andew took our complaint to the Chief
Exec of Edexcel and QCA.
Let me know how you get on as it may be a problem that crops here here
before very long.
Regards
Gill
