Dear All,
I have thinking about the following problem, and wonder if anyone had
seen/ read/ thought anything on it before.
Most clinical trials are generated on (fairly) tightly defined groups of
patients (group A), who represent a subset of the real world patients we
see in our practice (group B). I'm trying to find a way to characterise
how representative group A is of Group B.
There seem to be some fairly simple things that one can look at (age,
disease stage, etc.) but has anyone seen anything like this?
Thanks,
Matt
