Hi Maureen
It's a doddle to set up compared with external stuff. At Leeds we use
for:
In the "panel"
Searching same items in COPAC and bookshops
Offering link to ILL
In the "table"
Help screen explaining codes, etc.
Linking to Amazon reviews (about to go live)
We've also played with rerunning a search (from the index screen)
against Google scholar. But just a bit hesitant to go live with that
yet.
Look at http://lib.leeds.ac.uk:2082/ to see all these in place
currently.
Michael

Subject: Webbridge in opac
We introduced webbridge last year but only as a link within external
databases. We are now looking to introduce it in the catalogue. Any
advice/comments would be most useful. For example:
Has anyone attempted to do so but decided against it for any reason How
easy was it to implement?
If any of you are local, would you mind a visit?
I will of course look at your opacs when I get any replies but I might
need more inspiration than that!
Many thanks
Maureen
