Dear all,
does anyone have data about epiphyseal fusion of large whale species
like spermwhale (Physeter macrocephalus), fin whale (Balaenoptera
physalus), blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus), sei whale (Balaenoptera
borealis), north atlantic right whale (Eubalaena glacialis) or Bowhead
(Balaena mysticeta)? I am particularly interested in the fusion of the
proximal humerus epiphysis since a caput humeri was found in Bremen
recently.
yours
Christian
