I have several queries which I would really welcome your thoughts and
advice on:
1.To what extent does your institution sponsor/support
secretaries/administrators towards undertaking professional
development?
2.What qualifications/programmes of study do you support for this
group of staff? (e.g. NVQs, foundation degrees etc...)
And on a different note:
3. Does your institution have approved systems for identifying and
encouragning excellent performance? If so, could you give me some
brief details?
