Not surprising. Steelers fans come from many parts of
the country. Last year, 27,000 people turned out for
the traditional welcome-home parade. What's
interesting, though, is the little boys across the
street at Yeshiva school: they wear their yarmulkas
(sp), _plus_ Steelers jackets.
Schools and work places have a Steelers Day at least
once a year, when everybody wears something with
Steelers logos on them. It's madness at first, but
then you tend to ignore all the hoop-la unless you're
a fan, which I'm not.
