There is a book (in German) with Rittel´s most important texts:
Rittel, Horst W.J. (1992) Planen, Entwerfen,
Design: Ausgewählte Schriften zu Theorie und
Methodik (Herausgegeben von Wolf D. Reuter),
Stuttgart Berlin Köln, Kohlhammer
And, for the bibliophiles, it is rumoured that
Wolf Reuter in Stuttgart still has lots of copies
left:
