Does anyone have a call opened by Innovative regarding "Daylight Saving Time
2007 Update Project"? As far as I understand this is to do with the change
of date when DST starts in the US and Canada and should not affect us.
There is a note attached to the call: "Updates to the server could not be
entirely completed by the initial automated steps employed for this purpose.
Further work will be scheduled." I tried to close the call via CSDirect
explaining that this should not affect us and when it failed emailed the
Helpdesk with the same message, but the call is still open.
Our server is a SunFire V240 purchased and installed in 2006. Since British
Summer Time starts this weekend I'm just curious if we are the only site
with this open call or if anyone else in the UK has a similar call opened on
their behalf. Perhaps they think we are somewhere in the northeast corner
of USA! :-)
