Thanks for supplying the link to the AttributeUsage document which I'd not seen before. I found that it was linked to from the Support page http://www.ukfederation.org.uk/content/Documents/FedSupport which does link to some other useful documents. I think Mark's comments on the low visibility are fair and could maybe be addressed via an FAQ, perhaps?
[If you do create an FAQ you could include:
"Can I nominate more than one Management Liaison for my institution?", which is what I've just been through. I can supply background info.]
