Hi - this is quite easy: look in the FAi subdirectory and extract the
first number from each of the
<subjectA>_FAi_to_<subjectB>_FAi_nonlinear.msf
files - there are NxN of these.
You then have the numbers for the square matrix, and can view them in
matlab with "imagesc" and create the columnwise sum vector for the
bottom row.
