Thank you...I will!
You can see the problem even with getting a correct spelling.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Does anyone recognise this condition??
I have an employee who became ill with what was first thought to be
either a TIA or Bells Palsy.
She has now been told it might be a rare syndrome, and can't find out
anything about it!
She pronounces it as Micalevs Syndrome.
I have tried veriations on the spelling, but no luck so far.
As I don't have a medical report yet, I wondered if anyone recognises
what this might be???
Many Thanks
Jean Jackson
