Hello
Is there a way to see whether intensities for some voxels are
concentrated at particular values, e.g. at zero (SPM2)? I have been
asked to check this to address the problem of clumping of data which may
suggest non-normal models. To me this sounds odd as the voxel intensity
(between 0 and 1, before modulation) in a particular tissue's result can
be interpreted as the probability of that voxel belonging to that tissue
class (thank you Ged). So my understanding is that the concentration of
voxels at particular values give the probability of that voxel belonging
to WM GM or CSF - by definition vexels are concentrated at particular
values. Is this correct ?
