Hi Rachel
If you search really hard through the Hayward Gallery website some of the
events are listed - sadly not ours, though!

At the EPSRC’s “Ideas Factory” workshop in 2006 we developed a project
designed as a forum for public discussions around engineering.
Now, our first event is on its way.
“Are We Moving Fast Enough?” will be part of the “100 Ideas to Change the
World” Festival at the South Bank. It will look at whether engineering’s
historic quest to get everything – communications, people, stuff – moving
faster should give way to other priorities. The speakers will be Andrew
English of the Daily Telegraph’s Motoring section, Carl Honoré whose book
“In Praise of Slow” charts his quest for a Slower life, and our own Dr.
Peter Martin of the Engineering Science department at the University of
Oxford.
It happens at 6 pm on Wednesday February 7th, at the Hayward Gallery.
Our website is now live at www.engagingcogs.org and an online debate will
shortly be opening there on a similar theme to the live event. You can
register for the first event, sign up for our newsletter, and we hope
you’ll be coming back to participate in the online debates.
Best wishes,
