medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
There's remarkably little in the library literature. This one looked
closest to what you are suggesting:

Abstract Proceedings of the First Asian Information
Meeting, Hong Kong, 27-30 Sep 95. Reviews the availability of sources of
electronic information covering the regions of Southeast Asia and South
Asia. Reports results of a user survey of electronic information sources
in the Southeast Asian region, focusing on: Singapore; Hong Kong;
Malaysia; Indonesia; and Thailand. Tables display: the coverage of Asian
content (in terms such as Asian publications, newspapers ) by 9 major
online and CD-ROM databases; the number of libraries using different
online hosts in Southeast Asia; specific CD-ROM databases used by
special libraries in the survey; Internet sites, electronic periodicals
and listserves mentioned by survey respondents; and various breakdowns
of statistical data collected by the survey. (The author may be

medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and
culture
Has anyone done or know of a study of list servers--the sort of
discussions
which take place, their contributions to scholarly work, etc?
Please take note those of you who follow multiple lists. Could you
inquire of
others? A study is definitely needed!
