Evidently. And strange, too, since it is referred to in the very
passage of the Catholic Encyclopedia that you yourself quoted.

Indeed, you seem downright gleeful about it.
All kidding aside, Mr. Briggs, if you really cannot see the
difference between saying "The Episcopacy is Holy Orders" and "Holy
Orders includes the episcopacy," then a rudimentary course in formal
logic would not be out of order.
