the principle is "quite" clear. I worked some years ago on a french
diagram/chanson indicating the date of easter.
Excuse the french quotation, the vocabulary is quite harsh to find in the
morning!
"une chanson [...] est représentée dans un étrange tableau, syllabe par
syllabe. On y lit en abscisse la suite des sept lettres dominicales, en
ordonnée le numéro de l'année lunaire. Le texte sera récité, syllabe par
syllabe, à partir du 22 mars, et lorsqu'on tombera sur la syllabe
correspondant sur le tableau, selon les indications du nombre d'or et de la
lettre dominicale, on sera le jour de Pâques"
The sixth column may correspond to lunar month usually, the alphabet
ends with &, titulus and 9; here, there is something more to fit 27 days
(but th lunar month has 28 days...). Your fifth column is probably a latin
text (I find ven/di/cat) on the pattern of my french song.
