directly to myself and I will forward your comments to my colleague.
Thanks in anticipation

We are currently measuring Total Homocysteine using FPIA on an Abbott
IMX but need to change methods this year. Is anyone measuring Total
Homocysteine using DPC Immulite 2500, Abbott Architect 2000SR or any of
the assays now available for use on a routine chemistry analyser like
Roche Modular. I would be interested in performance data, analytical
range, ease of use and relative costs please. We are currently
analysing 15 - 20 samples per week and include high levels in patients
with homocysteinuria.
