Hello Anand,
At McGill University here in Montreal, Canada, all masters and doctoral
theses are registered and made public electronically on the National Library
of Canada site at www.collectionscanada.ca in pdf format. This is done by
McGill's Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research as a matter of course,
when final versions of theses are submitted.
Secondly, all theses are made available through the university library
system both in paper ( original copy on shelves only - McGill is
old-fashioned that way...). This publication is in full format only, in the
original form of the submitted thesis, and is copyright the author.
( this may have changed since 2003, when I submitted my doctoral thesis...)
Hope that this helps,
best regards,
Tiiu Poldma
