When W.& A.K. Johnston stopped trading in about 1972-3 films of their
various map and atlas publications were offered for sale. Bartholomew
purchased about 17 titles which were felt to complement their own list,
mainly tourist and pictorial maps but also including some road maps and
atlases. Although a number of these maps were published under the
Bartholomew imprint I do not think that any are now still in print.
