With regards to my query earlier today (below) I've had a few
ambiguous/contradictory responses, which have highlighted the possible
opposite interpretations of the library opting in/out or the patron
opting in/out, so can I just clarify what opt-in and opt-out mean in
this context please!
Opt-IN = the default is to NOT keep the Reading History and patrons have
to consciously opt IN in order to have the history kept
Opt-OUT = the default is to KEEP the Reading History and patrons have to
consciously opt OUT in order not to have the history kept.
If anyone realises they've sent a response to me which will be
interpreted wrongly by me, can you please let me know again?
Thanks ;-D

Hi all
I'm interested to know which of you who have My Reading History for your
patrons via the OPAC, have chosen to make the default Opt-in, and which
Iif any) of you have chosen to make it Opt-out?
I'll summarise for the list, if anyone's interested
Ta
Lesha
