Hi Leo
Patron-sorting of returns definitely seems problematic (holds problems
mostly resulting in people coming in to collect books which weren't
there, having been hidden by the returner instead of being put in the
correct bin!) so I'm very interested in the alternatives.
What machines do you use for your self-issue (3M or another make?)
And what machine does your automated sorting of self-returns? (3M or
another make?)Is it RFID or barcode? If barcode, did you have to barcode
books on the outside?
Thanks!
