This wasn't a monologue. It was dialogue. It was answering kasper's
questions for me that he asked and then reasked.

Specifically, "the question I asked wasn't about your appoach towards
poetry, really,
but about your approach to experience of it, & of the role of poetic
language, poetic integrity & poetic Quality."
Isn't this a conversation? I had been intending to ask him about his
interest in haiku once I answered his questions.
I clarified that my earlier post about not believing in critique was
in bad mood after receiving curt, substanceless and offensive emails
from some on another list that implied critique was something I had to
do. And then after that was interested in Kasper's post that was
critical of what I said and thankful to him for it, as it both
contained substance and good manners.
I am interested in the opinions of others, for sure. I just don't
think that it makes sense for me to be obliged to abide by the
opinions of everyone or be obliged to state an opinion about everyone
and everything, even if it doesn't make sense to do so, as had been
implied to me on the other list.
I think I had been careful enough to abide by netiquette whenever it
was pointed to me and even basic personal ettiquette that I'd asserted
the need for. Please clarify if there's something that doesn't seem
clear to me. Thanks.
