Congratualtions Fumiyo, I have to say that I am impressed by the amount
of content you have and is surely an excellent start for the future of
your IR.
Perhaps you could give some details as to how you gathered your content,
any particular strategies that you used, it's always helpful to see how
other institutions are approaching this.
Thanks and best of luck

Subject: Hiroshima Univ. IR (JAPAN)
Hello, everyone
I am sending this message from Hiroshima University Library,Japan.
We are pleased to announce that our "Hiroshima University Insitutional
Repository (HIR)" has opened formally on October 6th.
http://ir.lib.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/portal/index_e.html
HIR has about 1700 contents including 500 green journal articles,
university bulletins, proceedings, etc.
In addition, 6000 digital collections (Japanese classic textbooks).
In Japan, 57 universities are constructing their IR by "Next-generation
scientific information resources infrastructure"
that is called "CSI project".
