Sankt Pantaleon in Köln is not a church in which Alban's relics were
held? And his shrine there is not medieval?
Since the original question did not specify an English venue for the
relics, it can hardly be claimed as a restriction justifying the
omission of Farmer's words "in this country" from your summary of what
he says. England is not the only possible context for the veneration
of relics of English saints. Nor is it nit-picking to point this out
(indirectly before, directly now).
