medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Being myself prone to typos and to inadvertent substitutions of one
similar-sounding word for another, I usually refrain from calling
attention to others' achievements in the same vein. But the one here
was too good not to share:
"Among the most important objects on show in Turin is the Turin King
List, also known as the Turin Royal Canon. This unique papyrus is
written in heretic, and owes its modern name to its being exhibited in
the Egyptian Museum at Turin."
