AIM:
To assist staff to develop the knowledge and skills required to successfully mentor
staff.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the workshop participants will have:
1. Explored the purpose of mentoring and defined the functions of a mentor.
2. Identified the skills required to be an effective mentor.
3. Examined the stages of the mentoring process.
4. Assessed their own level of skill and developed a personal action plan.
