medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Further to Marjorie's helpful suggestion, may I also recommend communicating offline with someone you believe has offended you, and also for taking the high road and communicating offline with someone you think has been inadvertently offended by you. Life is short, kindness and wisdom are long.
And please look over messages you prepare to send to the list when you are reacting to the non-academic content or tone of someone else's message; this will help you not to possibly over-react. (Yes, a split infinitive, I know ...)
AND ...
Remember that irony often comes across miserably in e-mail messages; it can frequently appear vicious rather than mildly humorous.

The simplest way out of reading mail from obnoxious people is to block their
addresses and let them know (off-list) you're doing so lest they be tempted
to respond.
