BASIC PC TROUBLESHOOTING
11 October 2006, London
This practical workshop will help library and information staff deal with issues which arise while people are using computers provided for public use. The intention is to offer strategies and techniques to solve simple problems with both hardware and software. Advice will also be offered to help people deal with questions from members of the public relating to their own home computers.
