It wasn't an either/or issue. I was very careful to make that point in
my presentation.
However, it was convenient to treat it as either/or and to some extent
that swung the day. CILIP (which does not moderate or actively monitor
and participate in LIS-CILIP) claimed that it did not have staff time to
do so in addition to running the communities of practice.
