***Apologies for cross posting***
We are currently in the process of developing a cover sheet/evidence digest to give to staff who have requested a search.
The idea is to provide a summary of search findings.
We wanted to get an idea of what to put in the sheet and wondered if any of this list would be prepared to share examples with us.
Also a reply giving top 10 items to be included in a search summary sheet would be a useful starting point for us.
My own top 10 would be
1-Repeat of the original question
2-Databases searched
3-Search terms used
4-Any restrictions used e.g. English only
5-Level of evidence summary for results found
6-Description of results found
7-Name of searcher
8-Invitation to set the search up as a monthly alert
9-Contact details for more information on search
10-Disclaimer
Any help or comments are appreciated
I will summarise to the list.
Thanks
Lucy
