Dear colleagues
As we all wait for the day when we can directly access the full text of ALL
national implementing legislation for EU Directives from an EU database or
website, and acknowledging that we do have at least a provisional N-Lex
available, nevertheless it is still an important development from DG Internal
Market and Services of the European Commission that they have launched the
Website: Transposition of Financial Services Action Plan Directives
http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/finances/actionplan/transposition/index_en.htm
This is only a limited policy field, of course, but nevertheless in many ways
shows the way forward in terms of ease of functionality and seamless full
linking.
Congratulations to DG Internal Market and Services.
Best wishes
Ian
