OK. I've changed AST so that it always links against PAL, and changed the
symbols from slaXxxx to palSlaXxxx. I've also changed the ast_link and
ast_link_adam scripts so that the -fsla and -csla options are ignored
(i havn't removed them completely so that existing link scripts that
use them will still function).
