Social Policy and Society: call for articles
Established in 2000, Social Policy and Society is an journal of the Social
Policy Association. The journal welcomes stimulating original articles that
draw upon contemporary policy-related research and associated developments
in the social sciences. Each issue contains peer reviewed articles
reflecting topical debates and issues within social policy and uniquely, a
themed section, edited by a Guest Editor.
The maximum length of articles is 5,000 (excluding bibliography). Articles
need to be of a high academic quality and should focus on contemporary
issues/research and be accessible to a wide audience which includes
policymakers, academic staff and students within and beyond the United
Kingdom. All articles submitted to the journal (including those within
themed sections), are peer reviewed by two anonymous referees prior to
publication.
We would like to actively encourage new and established scholars in social
policy and allied disciplines to submit single articles for potential
publication or proposals for guest editorships of future themed sections.
Further information and instructions to authors/guest editors can be
accessed via the web at:

We welcome submissions from authors both within and beyond the UK. In line
with past practice it is our intention to ensure as fast a turn around of
articles as possible.
