The link that Jim gave will work with a slight modification.
After clicking the link, the text 'Hibbard Appalachians' appears in the
search box but clicking the Search button provides no matches. Delete
the 'Applachians' word, click 'Search and Display results' and there are
3 results one of which is the CD version of the map.
Click the link to that CD version and towards the bottom of the page of
description that appears there is a 'Free Download' link.
It's a 275Mb file that, with my fast University internet link, is currently
downloading at about 120Kb/sec. Estimated to take a bit over half an
hour to download.
