The World Bank is searching for a lead consultant for a project that will
build the capacity of governments to include data on disabled children in
their Educational Management Information Systems (EMIS) in East Asia. The
consultant will be responsible for the development and design of a method
for integrating disability into the EMIS for Cambodia, Indonesia, Mongolia,
and Vietnam. She/he will be leading the team to build the capacity within
these countries for the adoption of this methodology. The consultant will
work with a local consultant in each country as well as computer
programmers
hired by the World Bank.
Interested applicants should send their CVs and a cover letter outlining

consultants will be selected from the applicants and requested to submit a
more complete
