Participation in the Ad Hoc Committee on a Comprehensive and Integral
International Convention on the Protection and Promotion of
the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities
Eighth Session
14 - 25 August 2006
The process of registration will begin on Monday, 14 August 2006, at
the Visitor's Lobby (First Avenue and 46th Street). Registration
will be conducted from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
The Registration Desk may close everyday from 12:30p.m. to 2:00p.m.
for lunch-break. Exceptionally, registration may be conducted during
lunch-break if a large number of people are still in line.
Participants interested in attending only side-events held from 1:15
p.m. to 2:45 p.m. should be reminded to register prior to the actual
time of those side-events, since the Registration Desk may be close
at lunch time.
Please bring the Letter of Confirmation sent to pre-registered
participants and a photo identification document to facilitate the
registration.
Please note that registration arrangements may be adjusted as
required during the process.
