Doing this works for Fortran code, but for C code it causes the build on
OS X to complain about multiply-defined symbols from libSystemStubs. I
can't even set LDFLAGS=-Wl,-all_load for FIGARO because of the C-only
fighelp module.

This appears to only affect FIGARO and SPECX, so fixing up files wouldn't
be a widespread effort.
