All of the hotels are all within 4 blocks of each other.

I booked at the University Inn (not too worried about dogs).  Jon is
coming too (mostly for pre-UB project meetings, but he's sitting in on
the UB stuff as a penitential exercise ... ;-) ) and couldn't book for
the whole period since there's a block reserved for something else on
the 28th--but they thought it unlikely that the whole block would be
used and put him on a waiting list.

So, it might well be too late for all of us to get in at the same place,
though it looks to me from the addresses like the University Inn and the
Watertown are pretty close together.
