perhaps not, but it certainly presents some Theological problems which set it
apart from other themes.
perhaps this is why that C-F iconography is so rare.
it seems that *some* (certainly not all) romanesque iconography was based upon
"mystery plays" --cf. the very curious "wheels" beneath the mounted V&C in the
Flight scene from Autun,

and elsewhere, which have been interpreted by some modren art hysterians as
being the wheels beneath a little cart-like image of the V&C and donkey which
was presumably pulled during one of these performances.
perhaps we are dealing with something analogous in the C-F cap, a play in
which the Archangel pulls Joe's beard.
however, someone has probably worked on the iconography of the C-F caps and
re-inventing that particular wheel with idle speculation on this list might
not be the best use of our collective times.
