In many library catalogs S. is known as Simone Fidati, of Cascia. He is
the author of a fifteen-book combination life of Christ and Gospel
commentary, the _De gestis Domini Salvatoris_, an edition of which has
been coming out from the Augustinus-Verlag in Würzburg since 1998.
