Hi Chris,
There is much in what you write.

> Computer screen, walk to coffee machine, drive home,
Maybe you could replace your car with a bicycle (or your feet), get rid of your
TV, and stop drinking a beverage that has travelled several thousand miles. You
will improve your physical fitness, increase your contact with the elements,
save money (so you can leave that computer screen sooner), have more time in the
evenings to prepare a healthy supper, study self-sufficience and spirituality.
You'll be contributing a tad less to climate change, too.
peace with earth,
John
