Hi everyone
I have just spoken to Gail White at OCR about this problem and she has promised to ring Gill direct to explain
I have been reliably informed that the issues will be solved by the middle of February for everyone, apparently the larger centres with lots of e-tests have been moved over to the new server and there are some problems as Gill has mentioned. OCR can solve this manually - you need to telephone Gail White or Charlotte Frost in Coventry and they will sort this for you.
All other centres will be moved over to the new server by the middle of February
Hope this answers the questions centres maybe having
Thanks

Subject: OCR etests
Is anyone else having problems with OCR online tests?
We keep getting a score out of 0 instead of 40 and are unable to access
the result.
This problem does appear on OCR's "frequently asked questions" and
their reply is to contact them.
Last year we had one student who sat the test twice and both times we
were unable to give him a result!
It would be useful to be able to say that we know other centres are
having the same problem if this is the case.
Regards
Gill Bryan
