Hi Mariana, enzymes are also rather poor at dealing with these but can help.
I have done fish and birds from formalin - it takes several sessions of
soaking, cutting and enzymes. I agree with Peter you should not boil
especially with a young animal but you can pour boiling water over it at
every session.
