Manual #105769 (in our version of it anyway - we're due to update soon)
In How Innovative Systems Store Information: Fixed Length Fields in Item
Record. It says "> Records the statistics group number of the terminal
where the item was checked out."
and makes no reference to changing on renewal.We can tell people are
using self-renew from circ stats which (as far as I can see) do record
just the original checkout loc, as subsequent renewal locs. Hmmm,
perhaps it's a "feature" rather than a glitch then? LOL.
Doesn't really help me when I need to be able to tell someone which
library they borrowed a disputed book from though.....
