I guess that I now understand the "problem".
The LCG-RB has a dependency with the LFC client/interface. Since in
the current build system the dpm and lfc clients and servers are
both build
in one go a bugs that effect any part of the the LFC or DPM (client
or servers) formally affect the LCG-RB.
With the move to ETICS this should be split and we will see
(hopefully) less of these weak couplings.
