Well, I don't know exactly how the UCAS handbook looks like, but I think
that the "GUIA DE SALIDAS UNIVERSITARIAS" edited by CIRCULO DE PROGRESO
UNIVERSITARIO since 1982 is something like that.
For early years, I think is better to ask to:
Consejo de Coordinación Universitaria:

I hope it will help you.

Dear all,
Does anyone know if there is a Spanish equivalent of a UCAS handbook or
something similar?
A student is researching the shift in subjects taught and researched in
Spanish universities since Franco's demise with specific regard to Spain's
cross-cultural history, e.g. the Jewish and Moorish traditions. For this,
she wants to compare courses offered/research interests over the past 30
years or so.
I'd be grateful for any help as soon as possible!
Thanks,
Emer Stubbs (Mrs.)
