Hi ALL,
I can't get bedpost to use both CPUs when running under Windows XP though
it workd under Linux.
I've installed FSL 3.3.7 and cygwin with everything working fine. The
FEEDS test completes without any error. I have the SSH daemon running and I
can login with ssh localhost without entering a passpord.
I've insttalled fsl.sh in $HOME/.fslconf which contains
FSLMACHINELIST= "localhost localhost"
FSLREMOTECALL = ' usr/bin/ssh"
By the way, does the DTIFIT algorithm ensure that there are no negative
eigenvalues?
Thanks in advance for help.
